Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Bespoke Digital Media, and will only be considered under the terms specified in this policy. We do not offer refunds for all services, especially where the work has already been completed or where the client has failed to provide necessary materials or instructions.

2. Digital Marketing Services

  • Non-refundable: Most of our digital marketing services, such as social media management, paid advertising campaigns, and SEO services, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the campaign has been initiated.
  • Partial Refunds: If a service has not been delivered as described or if there was a failure on our part, a partial refund may be considered. The amount refunded will be based on the portion of the service that has not been rendered.

3. Web Design and Development Services

  • Refundable: If no work has been done yet, clients may be eligible for a refund upon request. Once work on the project has begun, refunds may not be provided unless there is a significant failure on our part to meet agreed-upon specifications.
  • Non-refundable: Once the design process begins or initial work is delivered (e.g., mock-ups, wireframes), no refunds will be issued unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
  • Project Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a web design or development project after work has begun, we will calculate the refund based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. The client will be charged for any completed work and services provided up until the cancellation.

4. Subscription Services

  • Refunds for Subscription Plans: If you have subscribed to one of our ongoing services (such as a monthly content package or SEO service) and wish to cancel, you must notify us within [insert time frame] prior to your next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for payments made after the service has started for the current billing cycle.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events, we may suspend or delay services but will not offer refunds for the period of service interruption.
